Darcy, founder of My Motor Claim has been working in the auto repair industry for over 15 years and is currently studying law to further his life-long personal goal. With the goal to constantly innovate and improve the business, Darcy is always finding solutions to problems which has motivated him to develop signature processes and procedures that he and his team use daily within the business when representing not at fault clients -allowing for consistent results all year round.

              Upon filling out a claim form online (available online or provided to you via email) you will receive a response from our team within 24 hrs where you will be notified of the next appropriate steps and the status of your claim (whether it has been approved or not). You will be given option of having a vehicle delivered to your door or workplace and your damaged vehicle collected and delivered to your preferred repairer or a recommended repairer from our large network of repairers. The rest of your claim is handled by our team in a transparent and easy manner.
