Our Proposal & Benefits

My Motor Claim is a 24/7 one stop Motor Accident Management Service, we provide
services to a vast range of clientele, e.g. private clients, corporate fleet companies and smash repair
clientele. Our main areas of expertise are Motor Vehicle Accident related matters, by way of
representation, guidance and management of not at fault claimants. We also assist in defendant
work for negligent parties, offering Risk Analysis, Assessing Quantum/Costs, Determining Liability
and Liaising with Insurers/brokers.

At Fault Claims (summary of our areas of expertise)

  • Managing the Motor Accident Claim from date of loss/ via Motor Claim Form and/or
    Incident Report
  • Direct liaising/direct contact with all parties involved mitigating the burden on fleet
    controllers/operations managers. (recorded phone calls)
  • Having OP come through to one of our network smash repairers for a fair and reasonable
    estimate of repair, lessening the risk to recovery action by Solicitors which will subsequently
    result in claim lodgement.
  • Organising/Co-ordinating with Smash Repairers e.g. obtaining estimates, booking
    assessments via Loss Adjusters.
  • Drafting of Release Agreements and seeking execution for release of Indemnity/Liability for
    private settlements.
  • Risk Analysis – Quantum reviews, prior to our client making unnecessary claims we will
    review costs and determine the most cost- effective solution.
  • Review and Determine Liability/ Reviewing Version/ Diagrams and obtaining or collecting
    witness statements/police reports.

Not At Fault Claims (summary of our areas of expertise)

  • Eliminating unnecessary claim lodgement on your own policy, saving both time and money,
    in turn mitigating the burden on drivers, fleet controller/ops manager and broker.
  • Direct Liaising co-ordinating repair process with Truck repairers/Estimators.
  • Organising Tow Trucks
  • Recovering Costs for Towing of Vehicles
  • Recovering Loss of Income or Pursuing negligent party for Truck Hire/Demurrage including
    Equipment Damage.
  • Reviewing and Determining Liability (recorded phone calls)

Our costs are strictly confidential and therefore only discussed during a formal meeting or by
executing a signed cost agreement.
Loss of Income matters are charged by a percentage per claim and are determined on the
basis of Quantum including the amount of work involved case by case.
